Officials asking for public’s help locating missing person last seen in Newhall

Detectives are asking for the public’s help in locating a man last seen at a Taco Bell in Newhall.

Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department’s Missing Persons Unit are looking for 58-year-old Lindsay Jones who was last seen at 24712 Pico Canyon Road in Newhall on Monday at 9:30 p.m.

Lindsay is described as a white male with brown hair, blue eyes and no facial hair.  He is 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs 210 pounds.  He was last seen wearing a white T-shirt and black and gray plaid shorts.

Lindsay suffers from early onset Alzheimer’s and his family is concerned for his well-being, according to detectives.

Anyone with information about this incident is encouraged to contact Sergeant Nunez with the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department’s Missing Persons Unit at 323-890-5500.
