Princess Cruises adopted 99 families – 299 people in total – for the holidays from the Single Mothers Outreach program.

Employees of the Santa Clarita-based company were given $50 gift cards, totaling $15,000, to purchase gifts for 299 people. A single gift card worth $50 was also given to the nonprofit to help offset costs for a gift distribution party for the families.

The gift cards were donated by Princess Cruises Community Foundation.

Some 329 employees helped wrapped all of the gifts, and Valencia’s Camelot Moving and Storage donated their time and vehicles to pick up all of the gifts at Princess Cruises and deliver them to the Single Mothers Outreach center in Newhall.
