Despite an article I just read that the drought is still not over, it certainly must be here in SCV. According to our local water officials, there is plenty of water for 1,220 new homes at Skyline Ranch Project in Canyon Country (Thursday’s Signal article “Skyline Ranch project construction to proceed“).

Great news! That means no more restrictions on when we can water our lawns – and no rate increases either, right?

Remember this come summer.
