Public/Media Assistance Needed to Identify Unknown Patient

On November 5, 2016, an unidentified Latino male was found by paramedics at South New Hampshire and West 112th Street in South Los Angeles (90044) and brought to a local hospital.

The hospital is seeking the public’s help in identifying this patient, as he had no documentation or evidence of his identity with him when he arrived to the hospital.

He is currently alert but unable to communicate any information that will assist to identify him. Below is a general description of the patient.

Sex:  Male

Race/Ethnicity:  Hispanic/Latino

Approximate age:  Late 40s

Eyes:  Brown

Hair:  Brown with some grey

Height:  5’6”

Weight:  140 pounds

 Other descriptive information:  Slight build with no tattoos. On presentation to the hospital, the patient had a well-groomed mustache and goatee (also brown/grey) and was wearing gray dress pants, white Adidas sneakers with black stripes and a black belt.
