New Beginnings Exhibit at SCAA Gallery

Santa Clarita Artists Association’s new show, New Beginnings, will be open on Jan. 5 with a free reception to meet the artists, from 5 to 8 pm.  The public is invited. The exhibit will run until Feb. 25.

“Member artists in several different mediums will be exhibiting their latest collections to the public. In addition, there will be small and miniature pieces for everyone to enjoy,” said Zony Gordon, newly elected president for 2018. “There are many beautiful pieces, jewelry and decor items on display to appreciate… and bring home with you.”

Fourteen artists will be exhibiting. Some artist will provide live demonstrations on selected days during the duration of the show. All are local residents and members of SCAA.

SCAA Art Gallery is located at 22508 6th St. in Old Town Newhall, between Railroad and Main.  The gallery is open: Thursday & Friday, 4-7 pm; Saturday & Sunday, 1-7 pm. Look for signs along Main Street to announce gallery openings.

SCAA is the only non-profit fine art association in Santa Clarita since 1989. For inquiries, see www. SantaClaritaArtists.org
