Many Families, One Community Family Resource Fair

When: Saturday, February 24, 2018, 9 am to 2:30 pm. Lunch available for purchase by onsite vendors.

Where: Golden Valley High School, located at 27051 Robert C. Lee Pkwy, Santa Clarita, CA

This is an opportunity for residents living in the southeast area of the Santa Clarita Valley to see what resources are available to them and their families, plus attend breakout sessions that will show attendees ways to help kids transition from elementary to junior high schools and junior high schools to high schools, high-risk teen behaviors, what is and isn’t bullying, and much more.

9:00 AM: Check-In for Participants and Kids’ Program
9:30 AM-10:30 AM: Welcome / Sulphur Springs and William S.
Hart School Districts Bands Perform
10:45 AM – 11:30 AM: First Session
11:40 AM -12:25 PM: Second Session
12:30 PM: Pick Up Children from Kids’ Program, Lunch, visit

Springs Union School District, La Mesa Junior High,
Sierra Vista Junior High, Canyon High School and
Golden Valley High School! Come enjoy their music
at the Fair!

Visual Arts Contest
Students from the Sulphur Springs Union School
District, La Mesa Junior High, Sierra Vista Junior
High, Canyon High and Golden Valley High Schools
participated in the first annual student visual arts
contest. The theme was Many Families, One
Community. All award-winning entries will be
displayed at the Many Families, One Community
Family Resource Fair.
