Two defendants, including a documented local gang member, accused of a dayslong kidnapping and assault, had their hearing delayed again Friday morning in San Fernando Superior Court because one of them failed to appear in court.  Margaret Alexandria Harrison, 42, and Justin Steven Montoya, 24, have been accused of seven
