One person was injured and taken to the hospital early Thursday morning following a single vehicle crash on Highway 14 near Sand Canyon Road.
The traffic collision happened about 1:50 a.m. Thursday on the northbound lanes of Highway 14 just south of Sand Canyon Road, Inspector Richard Licon of the Los Angeles County Fire Department said.
“This was a solo vehicle collision,” he said. “One patient was taken to a local trauma center.”
Firefighters worked at the scene for close to an hour and a half.
