The Los Angeles County Department of Public Works issued this news release.
Based on the forecast of moderate to heavy rainfall in mountain areas and snow at higher elevations, LA County Public Works will close public access to the following road segments in the Angeles National Forest effective today, Dec. 15, at 4 p.m.
- Bouquet Canyon Road, from six miles south of Spunky Canyon Road (near Mile Marker 12.55) to the southern boundary of the Angeles National Forest (near Mile Marker 15.97).
- Glendora Ridge Road, from Glendora Mountain Road to Mt. Baldy Road.
Local access will not be permitted until the road closures are lifted. The closures will remain in effect until the storm system has passed and the roads have been inspected.
