A man was found dead Friday at the Oak Tree Gun Club in Newhall from an apparent gun shot wound.
The incident was reported to the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station at 8:47 p.m.
The incident appears to be an apparent suicide, said Lt. James Duran with the Sheriff’s Station.
Deputies are at the scene investigating, Duran said.
