One woman was injured after she became uncooperative with law enforcement and kicked out a radio car window after she was detained, accords to officials.
Law enforcement responded to a domestic call for service in the 27700 block of Lake Hughes Road around 3:02 p.m.
“The deputies arrested both husband and wife because they could not form an opinion on who the dominate aggressor was,” Sergeant Brandon Barclay said.
“The female became uncompliant and kicked out a radio car window and deputies were forced to use control holds to basically calm her down and prevent her from trying to escape from the police radio car.”
According to officials, the female went to Henry Mayo Newhall Hospital to receive medical treatment.
No law enforcement were reported injured.
The investigation of the incident is currently ongoing.
