Rep. Katie Hill, D-Agua Dulce, spoke about the recently released Mueller Report in a Youtube video posted Saturday.

In the video, the congresswoman discusses the “partisan spin and punditry” that has surrounded the report since it was released to the public on Thursday.

“Long story short: Russia interfered. According to the report, they did so, ‘in a sweeping and systemic fashion,’” Hill said in the video.

Hill has been unavailable for interviews since the Mueller report was released Thursday.

In the report, special counsel Robert Mueller found no evidence that President Trump, his campaign or any Americans conspired with Russian attempts to swing the 2016 election in Trump’s favor.

The report also said Mueller’s team of investigators did not find sufficient evidence to charge Trump with obstruction of justice.

In the video, Hill offered her interpretations of the report, including: “The report ultimately shows that the campaign willingly accepted aid from a known foreign enemy to win an election and then went to great lengths to lie about it.

“So, that’s not enough to convict people on conspiracy,” Hill said in the video, “but — to me — it is still absolutely and fundamentally wrong. It’s up to you to decide if you feel the same way.”
