Someone who decided it was an early trash day for them dumped a truckload of trash illegally on the side of Placerita Canyon Road, just east of the Placerita Canyon Nature Center.
Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station personnel said they do not have much information available on the illegal dump — such as when it happened or who was responsible for it.
A representative for the Los Angeles County Public Works Department could not be immediately reached Tuesday for information on which agency or waste hauler might be called upon to remove the trash.
