The Santa Clarita chapter of the NAACP recently hosted a meet-and-greet with a panel discussion and comments by local elected officials and political candidates at California Institute of the Arts in Valencia. The keynote speaker was Ed Becton, a professor of ethnic studies at College of the Canyons. Panelists included Di and Jeffrey Thompson, and Denise and Kevin Thomas.
