Children of all ages rang in the holiday season with the L.A. County Harvest Festival at Dr. Richard Rioux Park in Stevenson Ranch on Saturday. Attendees could learn more information on martial arts, enjoy cotton candy and popcorn, and request a balloon animal and face painting pattern of their choosing.
