Academy of the Canyons junior Diya Boini and the Santa Clarita Valley Food Pantry are scheduled to host a food drive for families facing food insecurity from 4 to 7 p.m. on Friday at Cedarcreek Elementary School.
They request that residents bring grains, canned food, instant oatmeal, dried beans, pasta, cereal, dry foods, and other non-perishable items.
