AMG & Associates announced its fundraising campaign has raised a total of $28,520 in support of Agape Village, a Santa Clarita Valley nonprofit dedicated to empowering adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
The funds were raised through GoFundMe along with AMG’s match of donations up to $10,000.
“We are incredibly grateful to everyone who donated, shared and championed this cause,” Anthony Traverso, executive vice president of AMG & Associates, said in a news release.
Agape Village provides a safe, supportive, and purpose-driven environment where adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities can grow in independence, confidence, and self-worth, the release said.
The nonprofit’s adult day program offers life skills development, job training and career readiness, social and personal development, adaptive fitness, and community engagement and volunteer opportunities, the release said.
