A small fire mapping at one-eighth of an acre on the 26000 block of Magic Mountain Parkway was quickly extinguished on Thursday afternoon, according to officials with the Los Angeles County Fire Department.
The call went out at 12:30 p.m., with firefighters arriving on the scene at 12:35 p.m. to the fire, said Kaitlyn Aldana, spokeswoman with the Fire Department.
Forward progress was stopped at 12:48 p.m., Aldana said.
