Family Promise of Santa Clarita Valley hosted its seventh annual “Par for a Purpose” golf tournament at The Oaks at Valencia club on Monday.
“This year means a little more as Family Promise SCV celebrates 15 years of serving families in our community. As part of our 15-Year Challenge, we’re asking our community to help us continue showing up for families experiencing homelessness. Seeing everyone together in this photo is a reminder of what 15 years of community support looks like,” said Carmen Garcia, executive director of Family Promise SCV in an email statement. “Our golfers, sponsors, volunteers and friends continue to show up year after year, and we couldn’t do this work without them. We’re grateful for another great tournament and for everyone who continues to believe in our mission.”
