A person was hit by a vehicle on the 24800 block of north Walnut Street near 14th Street on Wednesday morning, according to officials with the Los Angeles County Fire Department.
Firefighters were dispatched at 7:40 a.m., arriving two minutes later, according to Kaitlyn Aldana, spokeswoman for the Fire Department.
One person was transported at 7:55 a.m., according to Aldana.
The patient was conscious and breathing, said Sgt. Jonathan Elizarraraz with the Santa Clarita Valley Sherrif’s Station.
Deputies arrived at 7:39 a.m., Elizarraraz said.
