A Valencia In-N-Out received more attention than hoped for after a bomb threat was called to the restaurant on Saturday afternoon, according to officials with the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station.

Deputies received the call for service around 4:36 p.m. when someone said they were going to bomb the restaurant, according to Sgt. Victor Ekanem with the station.

Deputies searched the location with management but did not find anything suspicious or out of the ordinary, Ekanem said.

Ekanem said it was potentially a prank call or “swatting call.”

No one was detained, he added.
