Five adults were arrested on suspicion of multiple drug-related charges on the 19200 block of Vicci Street in Canyon Country, according to a social media post from the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station.
SCV Sheriff’s Station Crime Impact Team deputies, working alongside Narcotics Bureau detectives, executed a search warrant at a residence, according to the post.
Three people were arrested in connection with the search warrant.
Three individuals were arrested on suspicion of felony charges:
- A 44-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of maintaining a place for the sale of controlled substances.
- A 36-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of possession of controlled substances for sale. She was found in possession of approximately 5 grams of fentanyl, according to deputies.
- A 50-year-old man found in possession of methamphetamine was arrested on felony charges of possession of a controlled substance with prior convictions, according to the post.
Two additional adults were arrested on suspicion of misdemeanor charges for possession of methamphetamine, according to the post.
“We remain vigilant investigating residences suspected of narcotics sales, particularly in neighborhoods where families live and children attend school,” the post said.
