21st Annual Dixon Duck Dash

Samuel Dixon Family Health Center is hosting its 21st annual Dixon Duck Dash, a fundraiser to help raise funds for health center programs: medical, dental, and behavioral health. Admission is a $5 duck race entry, per person. Each duck race entry will be assigned a unique number and will compete in multiple heats to determine the grand prize winner. Guests will also enjoy swimming in water-slide pool, activity booths, balloon twisters, an interactive photo booth, giveaways and more. More information: www.sdfhc.org/dixonduckdash2024.
