Cancer Support through Journaling Workshop

This journaling workshop for those in cancer treatment or recovery is creative and therapeutic. The emotional release that comes from journaling helps lower stress and anxiety. Self-expression helps you to understand yourself and process what is going on in the present, while offering the opportunity for resolution of past hurts and resentments you may be holding on to. Through this workshop you’ll gain mental/emotional clarity and express your thoughts and emotions in a positive way. Class is free to all Hope’s Haven registered guests. Bring a friend!
