Castaic Middle School’s Winter Concert Series

The Castaic Middle School Beginning and Advanced Band features a total of 78 musicians, performing on a variety of instruments. Under the direction of Mr. Daniel Chandler, the students will be performing a vast array of music literature representing the sounds of the season. Selections will include “The Twelve Days of Christmas” by Jack Bullock, “A Christmas Serenade” by Warren Barker and “Swing Those Bells” by Ralph Ford, to name a few. Between the performances of the beginning and the advanced ensembles, there will be a 15-minute intermission during which time refreshments will be sold to help support the students in their musical growth. Students have worked diligently all semester and look forward to sharing their musical gifts.
