CBS Film Series: ‘All About the Levkoviches’ 

On National Grandparents Day, Sept. 8, Congregation Beth Shalom invites the community to a screening of “this heartwarming and bittersweet dramedy set in contemporary Budapest.” The film tells the story of a generous but stubborn boxing coach, Tamás, who gets along well with everyone except for his own son Iván. After the death of Tamás’s wife, they are reunited and forced to face old grievances. This multigenerational dramedy explores the complexities of family, faith and the winding path toward reconciliation. Admission $5 per person, includes popcorn and concessions.
