Fourth of July in Santa Clarita: Parade, Fireworks and More

Parade 9 a.m.; Fireworks approximately 9:15 p.m. 

Parade: Newhall and Valencia; Fireworks: Westfield Valencia Town Center 

The Fourth of July promises a full day and evening of festivities in Santa Clarita, highlighted by the Fourth of July Parade in the morning and the city of Santa Clarita’s fireworks show in the evening. The parade route begins at the Newhall Roundabout in front of Hart Park, continues along Main Street to Lyons Avenue, then along Orchard Village Road, ending at Newhall Park on Dalbey Drive. The day’s schedule includes:  
• 6:30 a.m. Santa Clarita Rotary Club Pancake Breakfast in the Roger Dunn Golf parking lot on Main Street between 5th and 6th streets. 
• 7 a.m. Santa Clarita Runners’ 10K Run-Walk starting and ending at Newhall Park.  
• 8 a.m. Santa Clarita Runners’ 5K Run-Walk starting and ending at Newhall Park.  
• 9 a.m. Parade begins. 
• Approximately 11 a.m. Complimentary lunch at American Legion Post 507 (next to Old Town Newhall Library). 
• Approximately 12:30 p.m. Parade trophies awarded at The Main. 
• Approximately 9:15 p.m. City of Santa Clarita fireworks show at Westfield Valencia Town Center.
