Grow Your Own Veggies

The University of California Cooperative Extension is offering gardening classes lead by Master Gardeners Carol Mireles,  Rose Scordino, Barbara Dallis and Randy Beard. Classes are intended for beginning gardeners with an interest in organically growing fruits and vegetables.

All aspects of starting your own vegetable garden, including site selection, irrigation, plant selection, soil preparation, pest control. Classes will include hands-on activities to help you feel confident in the garden.
