Hart Park Museum Grand Reopening 

William S. Hart Park Museum, 24151 Newhall Ave., Newhall 

The city of Santa Clarita invites residents to celebrate the grand reopening of the William S. Hart Park Museum. Originally home to William S. Hart, the mansion remains largely preserved with his original furnishings, artwork, personal belongings and artifacts. Visitors will have the opportunity to view a collection of Western art, Native American textiles and memorabilia from Hart’s career in early Hollywood. Guests are encouraged to park at Hart Park or in Old Town Newhall and ride the city shuttle to the top of the hill. The shuttle will begin operating at 9 a.m. from the lower parking area. Guests are encouraged to arrive before 9:30 a.m. to take the shuttle to the mansion event site. For those who prefer to walk, the trail route to the mansion is approximately a 10-minute uphill walk (0.4 miles). For more information, visit HartPark.SantaClarita.gov.
