L.A. County Parks Hispanic Heritage Month Celebrations  

Dr. Richard Rioux Park in Stevenson Ranch: Thursday, Sept. 18, 5 to 7 p.m.  

Val Verde Park: Thursday, Sept. 25, 4 to 6 p.m.  

Castaic Sports Complex: Friday, Oct. 10, 4 to 6 p.m. 

National Hispanic Heritage Month is being celebrated in various Los Angeles County parks. Attendees at the celebrations can experience Hispanic music, food and traditions firsthand. The events are free, and will include entertainment native to countries such as Mexico, Central and South America, and the Caribbean.
