LifeForward Workshop “You Health & Well Being! Practical Ways to Stay Healthy “Inside and Out”

Learn about practical ways to stay healthy from “inside — out.” The workshop is designed to provide effective ways to improve health, concentration and productivity at home and work. Topics include: How to increase energy through nutrition, exercise in small spaces, what you put on your skin is absorbed by your body, and healthy and inexpensive meals for the family. The workshop will conclude with sharing wholesome-prepared food!
