Mushroom Foray and Talk

Field mycologist Bat Vardeh, founder of Women Forage SoCal, is scheduled to present a mushroom foray and talk. Vardeh’s passion is making fungi accessible through hands-on exploration and hikes. Begins with a short presentation (30 minutes) followed by a guided foray (2-2.5 hours) in which participants will search for wild mushrooms, explore their role in nature and connect with the outdoors.
