‘Santa Clarita Heroes of 1850’  

Rancho Camulos Museum is scheduled to host a presentation by author Deborah A. Fox. The graphic novel creator and historian will talk about the meaning of heroism and explore the connection between local history and the disastrous 1850 “discovery” of Death Valley. Her “Santa Clarita Heroes of 1850” presentation will be followed by a book signing of “The Man Who Beat Death Valley.” A museum docent will lead tours of the Rancho Camulos National Historic Landmark.
