SCAA Gallery Reception: ‘Digital Diaspora’ 

The community is invited to an opening reception for the exhibit, “Digital Diaspora: Futuristic Landscapes in Cyber Age.” This show is organized by independent curator Ann Shi, and is her debut show as a new migrant to the L.A. area. The duo exhibition features ceramics artist Takashi Horisaki and new media artist and painter Tiger Chengliang Cai. Together, they transport the audience into an alienated cyberspace in the immersive and intimate exhibition space. During the opening reception, the artists will deliver an artist talk at 5 p.m. The exhibit runs June 7-16.
