SCV Project Linus presents Make a Blanket Day

The mission of SCV Project Linus, a non-profit organization, is to provide comfort for critically ill and traumatized children (ages 0-18) through the distribution of handmade blankets. Every 6 months we host Make a Blanket Day, an event where people from the community come together to make blankets with the help of our staff and we are asking for your help in publicizing our event. No previous blanket-making experience is required! Service hours are also guaranteed for all those who choose to participate.

Anyone who volunteers at Make a Blanket Day will not only learn the basic skills of making blankets, but also further contribute to their community by providing more blankets to distribute to needy children of SCV and beyond.
