Ventura Harbor Parade of Lights & Fireworks 2023:

4-8 p.m. Friday, Dec. 15, and Saturday, Dec. 16 

The 46th Annual Ventura Harbor Parade of Lights & Fireworks features a procession of colorfully decorated boats. This year’s theme of “Hula Holiday” will showcase a Hawaiian tropical vibe. Event schedule: 4 p.m. and beyond, kids’ carnival rides on the Harbor Village main lawn; 5:30 p.m., faux snowfall, LED performers twinkle and shine along the Harbor Village Promenade; 6:30 p.m., “Hula Holiday” Boat Parade begins (two laps throughout Ventura Harbor); 8 p.m., fireworks (weather pending). The celebration spotlights more than two dozen power and sailboats per night as they cruise around the harbor. Event admission and parking are complimentary.
