‘Light Up Main Street’ Returns, Rain or Shine

Residents can join the Santa Clarita City Council in front of the Santa Clarita Public Library Old Town Newhall Branch (24500 Main St.) as they lead the countdown to light up the iconic Christmas tree, along with the tens of thousands of lights that will transform Old Town Newhall into a holiday wonderland at 5:30 p.m. Light Up Main Street guests can enjoy the Makers Marketplace, main stage entertainment, sponsor tents, letters to Santa, the Snow Zone, food and beverage lounge and beer garden, ice sculptures, nonprofit booths, photos with Santa, the Candy Cane Carnival, crafts, and the Santa Paws pet adoption opportunity. To find more information about Light Up Main Street, visit OldTownNewhall.com.
