Once again inviting the community to come and drink wine under the stars in the name of local schools, the WiSH Education Foundation has announced the date for the 2019 Wine on the Roof fundraiser.

The May 16 event has said it’s once again featuring a selection of handpicked wines for guests to choose from and pair with their six course meal prepared by local chefs, all of which will be served atop the Westfield Valencia Town Center Macy’s parking garage. Additionally, this year’s event is adding wines for the appetizer hour, all of which have been donated by private wine enthusiasts.

All proceeds raised through the event will be given to the WiSH Education Foundation, a Santa Clarita Valley nonprofit who supports the 7th-12th grade students of the William S. Hart School District.

“It’s a great way for our community to really enjoy and spoil themselves and support our local students,” said Amy Daniels, executive director of the WiSH Education Foundation.

The event will also feature live music performed by local musician Lance Allyn, seating is first come, first served, and you must be 21-years-old or older to attend, according to event organizers.

Only 200 tickets will be sold, read a press release about the event. Tickets are $125 and available now at www.WiSHscv.org.

“The response has been incredibly positive and we look forward to another successful event for everyone involved,” said Eve Bushman, creator of the Wine on the Roof event.
