Work crews for Southern California Edison were called to the scene of a solo vehicle traffic collision late Friday afternoon, after a car ran into a utility pole and “severed” it.
The incident happened shortly before 6 p.m. on Soledad Canyon Road at Agua Dulce Canyon Road.
“This call was for a vehicle versus pole,” Supervisor Melanie Flores of the Los Angeles County Fire Department said.
No one was reported hurt in the incident.
“Edison was called for a severed pole,” Flores said.
