An near-drowning Tuesday at the Castaic Sports Complex Aquatic Center prompted a response from the Los Angeles County Fire Department.
“One person was at the bottom of the pool,” according to Los Angeles County Fire spokesman Austin Bennett. “It says they are now conscious and breathing (and) they haven’t transported yet.”
