A half-acre commercial property in Canyon Country has sold for $1.5 million, according to brokers at Spectrum Commercial Real Estate.
The property, located at 18717 Soledad Canyon Road, was first opened in 1962.
At just 1,292 square feet, the lot features 180 feet of frontage along the heavily trafficked street, with two freestanding structures: Alta Dena Dairy and a coffee kiosk with drive-thru capability.
It serves as an excellent site for various commercial uses, near national retailers, such as Edwards Cinema, according to a Spectrum news release.
Yair Haimoff and Randy Cude, Commercial real estate brokers at Spectrum, represented the seller in the sale of the owner-use development site.
