Tickets are still available for the Santa Clarita Valley Child & Family Center’s Taste of the Town fundraiser, the organization’s biggest community event.
Due to COVID-19 protocols, the event is being held as a drive-thru, with an option for guests to stop by and sample desserts in-person, as well as see the SCV Child & Family Center that the event supports.

The event runs from noon to 4 p.m. Sunday, with guests able to pick up their gift bag and pre-selected gift cards, as well as sample some of the desserts — or just stop by and enjoy the music from a live DJ.
There will also be an auction at the center with a number of items supporters can bid on to support the center.
The tickets cost $75 for general admission, which includes a $25 gift card to any of the restaurants on the list of local businesses supporting the event. There’s also a VIP ticket available that costs $125 and includes two $25 gift cards
In addition, gift bags include items and coupons valued at over $85.
