In a story published by The Signal on July 20 entitled “Hart District to discuss updates in Brown Act lawsuit,” it was incorrectly stated that the William S. Hart Union High School District governing board would be discussing updates in a lawsuit — entitled “John Does 1-3, Jane Doe v. William S. Hart Union High School District” — during their July 20 meeting. The last time the board discussed the lawsuit was earlier this year in May, according to the district agendas.
