The truck apparently struck a guardrail and damaged approximately 50 feet of it. A witness at the scene also said the solo occupant of the big rig had no injuries and denied medical attention. The crash resulted in the Sierra Highway exit to be closed for an extended period of time.

The Los Angeles County Fire Department was not able to confirm the details surrounding this incident, at the time of this publication.
