A person was detained at gunpoint after Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station deputies were patrolling and located a stolen vehicle at the 24000 block of Newhall Avenue on Tuesday morning, according to officials with the station.
The vehicle was a Dodge Charger, according to Deputy Nicolas Marinelli with the station.
The vehicle was located at Maria’s Lavanderia in Newhall.
Marinelli added that due to the report not being submitted yet at the time of this publication, he did not have much information regarding the circumstances that led to the detainment.
