I moved to Stevenson Ranch four years ago from the Sherman Oaks area. The city is planning all these new developments with affordable housing included so they can build. I never would have left the (San Fernando) Valley if I was aware of this.
So my question is, why is Santa Clarita pursuing affordable housing to completely change the good clean vibe that people move here for?
We have so much theft … do we really want to make it worse?
