Ironically, Barack Obama’s immunity from prosecution for politicizing the intelligence community was confirmed a few years ago by the Supreme Court, after Obama’s own intelligence community went after Donald Trump so egregiously. In other words, Obama not only owes his successor an apology; he also owes him a big thank-you card.
