A collision on southbound Interstate 5 south of Newhall Ranch Road sent at least one person to the hospital on Sunday.
“This was an injury collision that came out,” said California Highway Patrol officer Michele Bond.
According to Bond, at least one patient was transported to Henry Mayo Newhall Hospital.
The center divider and the number one lane were blocked on the southbound side of Interstate 5 following the collision.
At least two vehicles were involved in the crash.
All lanes were open as of 3:15 p.m.
