Law enforcement respond to a traffic collision on Railroad Avenue where a vehicle collided with a light pole and fire hydrant just after 1 a.m. on Sunday, July 25, 2021. Firefighters worked to shut the hydrant off and were successful after approximately 45 minutes, with southbound lanes of traffic shut down as they worked and Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s deputies completed their investigation.
