The Friends of Hart Park, in cooperation with the county of Los Angeles Department of Parks and Recreation, is presenting its 23rd annual Hart of the West PowWow and Native American Craft Fair. The two-day celebration of Native American heritage will feature drumming, dances, food, Native American artisans and vendors. Admission is free. Please note: Hart of the West is alcohol and drug free. No sale of sage, sweetgrass or cedar is allowed. Dogs must be leashed and kept away from the arena.
The festival will take place on Saturday, Oct. 1 from 10 a.
m. to 7 p.m. and on Sunday, Oct. 2 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
